Listed below are the properties available for selection.
Select a property type from the drop-down to view all available properties of that property type.
Only location and property type combinations in which at least 50 properties were sold during August 2007 have been included within the list of available properties.
There are 105 different locations to choose from in England and Wales, with locations determined by postcode prefixes (i.e. AL = St Albans, B = Birmingham etc.)
Purchase prices are based on the average selling price to the nearest £100 (according to Land Registry figures during August 2007) for each property type in each location.
Overseas properties are separated into deluxe and basic properties for each of the 20 overseas locations,
for which the deluxe properties are available for a fixed price of £200,000 each, and the basic properties at £100,000.
All purchase prices will not change throughout the duration of the game.
